Declaración de Compromiso de Cumplimiento de Normas y Ética
El Hospital Pediátrico Driscoll (DCH) tiene un programa de Cumplimiento de Normas y Ética basado en valores, que es una parte vital de la manera en que nos comportamos. Es política del DCH ofrecer servicios de atención médica cumpliendo con todas las leyes y regulaciones federales y estatales aplicables, y esperamos que nuestros empleados, voluntarios y afiliados se adhieran a estos estándares. Le damos la mayor importancia a nuestra reputación de honestidad, integridad y altos estándares éticos.Para promover el compromiso de estas normas, DCH tiene un activo programa de cumplimiento de normas y ética. El programa está diseñado para ayudar a las personas que trabajan para y hacen negocios en, o en nombre de, DCH a entender su papel en apoyar e incentivar la conducta de ética y cumplimiento. El programa proporciona un mecanismo para abordar y resolver preocupaciones y preguntas de cumplimiento de normas. Continuamente vigilando y evaluando la eficacia del programa, DCH tiene un Comité multidisciplinario de ética y cumplimiento, un oficial de ética y de cumplimiento de normas y un Comité de la Junta de Gobierno de DCH de Ética y Cumplimiento de Normas.

La línea de ayuda es un número gratuito, con personal durante las 24 horas del día, siete días a la semana por una organización exterior y es un medio para que DCH reciba denuncias anónimas de cualquier persona que tenga una preocupación ética o de cumplimiento de normas. Todas las llamadas a este número de la línea de ayuda son investigadas y manejadas de manera confidencial.En el Hospital Pediátrico Driscoll tenemos un fuerte compromiso para hacer lo correcto, en el momento adecuado y por la razón debida. El Programa de Cumplimiento de Normas y Ética, cuenta con el apoyo inequívoco de la administración y la Junta Directiva y se esfuerza por mantener una cultura de respeto de todas las leyes y reglamentos y la prestación de atención de calidad a los pacientes de una manera de lo más respetuosa.
