- Le solicitamos que se comprometa por lo menos a 2-4 horas por semana durante un mínimo de 6 meses
Auxiliares del Hospital Pediátrico Driscoll
Los Voluntarios son miembros de los Auxiliares del Hospital Pediátrico Driscoll y pagan una cuota de membrecía de 5 dólares al año. Esto cubre los gastos de funciones sociales y su boletín mensual galardonado. Cada año los Auxiliares ayudan con eventos especiales y llevan a cabo numerosas funciones de recaudación de fondos. Estos esfuerzos apoyan su generosa donación de 150.000 dólares a la Teletón Red de Milagros de los Niños.Los Beneficios Incluyen:
- Comida gratuita para cada turno trabajado
- Eventos Sociales de diversión y reconocimiento durante todo el año
- Interacción con colegas dedicados quienes están felices de tenerle como parte del equipo
- Satisfacción personal y respeto por un trabajo bien hecho
Para Aplicar
Complete el Formulario de Aplicación para Voluntarios y devuélvalo a nuestra Oficina por correo, fax (361-808-2096) o entregando su solicitud en el mostrador de información en el lobby principal del Hospital. Después de que su solicitud es revisada y hemos recibido tres referencias positivas y un papel de antecedentes Penales limpio, se le invitará a una entrevista con uno de nuestros coordinadores de programa. Una vez aceptado en el programa, deberá asistir a una orientación voluntaria y someterse a un examen de salud que incluye una prueba cutánea de TB (tuberculosis) y una prueba de sangre (para comprobar la inmunidad contra el sarampión) sin costo alguno para usted.Voluntarios en el Valle del Río Grande
También hay oportunidades para ser voluntario en el Valle del Río Grande en las clínicas especializadas de McAllen y Brownsville de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm.
