Prevención de Lesiones

El Programa de Prevención de Lesiones en el Hospital Pediátrico Driscoll promueve la salud y la seguridad de los niños a través de una variedad de maneras, incluyendo conferencias, reuniones individuales y educación, uso de medios de comunicación y eventos públicos.

Proyectos en el Programa de Prevención de Lesiones:

  • Seguridad de los pasajeros infantiles
  • Seguridad para Bicicleta y su Casco
  • Seguridad en la Casa
  • Conciencia del Alcohol para Adolescentes


Materiales educativos sobre varios otros temas de seguridad del niño se pueden encontrar en el Programa de Prevención de Lesiones. Los temas incluyen seguridad al sol, prevención de veneno, seguridad y prevención contra incendios, seguridad en el hogar, seguridad en el agua, seguridad de armas, seguridad durante las fiestas y más. La mayoría de los materiales están disponibles en inglés y español.
