All vendors/contractors aspiring to do business with Driscoll and all their representatives requiring access to Driscoll facilities must be credentialed through the credentialing service selected by Driscoll and must be in full compliance with the current credentialing requirements before they can be considered and granted access to any facility.
Driscoll expects vendors/contractors and their representatives to uphold the same high standards of ethical and compliant behavior and professionalism required by Driscoll representatives.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Ethics and compliance standards and principles
- HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
- Behavioral conduct expectations
- Reporting of suspected non-compliance without fear of retaliation
- State and federal healthcare funding program exclusion screenings
