You will need to:

Commit to a year-round program with a set weekly assignment
Serve at least one four-hour shift per week year-round
Be 16 years old by June 1
Submit to a hospital-provided TB (Tuberculosis) test
Provide a copy of your immunization records
Write two 500-word essays
Have parental approval (parents must sign the application)
Pay the Auxiliary dues of $5
Wear a uniform of khaki pants and a Driscoll-supplied t-shirt for your volunteer shift
Be Flu vaccinated
