Driscoll Chief Nursing Officer a 2022 Y Women in Careers Honoree

Congratulations to Julie Piña, MSN, RN, CNOR(E), NEA-BC, Chief Nursing Officer at Driscoll Children’s Hospital, for being recognized by the YWCA Corpus Christi as a 2022 Y Women in Careers Honoree.

As Chief Nursing Officer at Driscoll Children’s Hospital since 2017, Julie has provided visionary nursing and clinical leadership for the hospital, through hurricanes, a statewide freeze and a worldwide pandemic. While facing challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Julie also helped spearhead vaccination clinics throughout the community that were provided by the Driscoll team.
