Driscoll Update: Hurricane Beryl

Driscoll Children’s Hospital will maintain normal business operations with a few exceptions on Monday July 8th as the threat of Hurricane Beryl has been significantly diminished throughout much of our service area.

  1. Driscoll Children’s Hospital will remain open.
  2. Elective Surgeries for Monday are cancelled. We have reached out to families to get patients rescheduled as soon as we are able.
  3. Clinics in Corpus Christi and Victoria for Monday are cancelled. We are reaching out to reschedule patients.
  4. Driscoll Quick Care locations (Saratoga and Morgan) are currently open.

Driscoll Children’s Hospital Rio Grande Valley - 2820 W Michelangelo Dr, Edinburg, TX - (956) 558-6400

  1. All Valley clinics (with the exception of Brownsville and Harlingen) will remain open Monday during normal business operating hours.
  2. Driscoll Children’s Hospital Rio Grande Valley will remain open with no changes to operations.

Driscoll is ready to serve the children of South Texas. We urge those in the path of Hurricane Beryl to stay safe and follow National Weather Service safety guidelines while we wait for the sun to shine again over our region.
