We are a specialty pharmacy providing medicines to treat rare, complex or long-term health problems. Because living with a chronic disease or serious illness can be hard and confusing at times, our goal is to provide the knowledge, support and peace of mind to get the best results from your specialty medicine.
Specialty medicines are usually expensive and hard to get from your local pharmacy. When you are taking a specialty medicine, you may need extra training and education—or even help with your insurance and financial assistance. We go above and beyond the typical pharmacy to make sure your specialty medicines work for you.
Our friendly and knowledgeable team will work closely with you and your doctor to provide the highest quality care. We know you have many options to choose from, and we thank you for choosing Driscoll Health Pharmacy!
As a specialty pharmacy patient, you can expect:

Learn MoreWhen your doctor sends a prescription to Driscoll Health Pharmacy, you are automatically enrolled into our specialty pharmacy program. These services are offered at no cost and your participation is completely voluntary. You can stop at any time by letting a pharmacy staff member know.
Our team will work with your doctor and insurance company to help get your medication covered. This process is called “prior authorization.” Prior authorizations may take a few days to complete, but we will let you know what is going on along the way.
Specialty drugs can be expensive, even after insurance pays most of the cost. If you cannot afford your medicine, we can help find available financial assistance programs to lower your out-of-pocket expense. You may be asked to fill out forms in order to get these benefits.
Our pharmacists can counsel you during your pharmacy visit or over the telephone. We offer 24/7 pharmacist support for urgent questions or needs.
A compounded medication is a drug that is mixed and prepared for a specific patient, based on their doctor’s orders. Our licensed pharmacists will carefully provide compounding and flavoring services for patients who require them.
Our friendly team will work hard to give you excellent care and service. Our top priority is helping you reach your goals to improve your quality of life.
