Pastoral Care

The Pastoral Services Department works directly with patients, their families and hospital staff providing spiritual and emotional support during hospitalization. This includes working with local clergy to meet the spiritual needs of our patients and their families.

Interfaith Chapel

The Interfaith Chapel is located off the 7th floor lobby area just outside the elevators. It is a peaceful place to be alone with your thoughts or pray. This chapel has been set aside to serve the religious needs of the patients, their families and staff members for group worship as well as individual prayer. At present, Daily Mass is celebrated in the Interfaith Chapel on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11 a.m., as well as Masses for Holy Days of Obligation and Easter. A local priest will also be available on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. for those who want to speak with the priest personally. The Interfaith Chapel can be reached from anywhere in the hospital complex by taking the main elevators in the front of the hospital to the 7th floor.

Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament

The Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament is a special space located on the 3rd floor near the NICU waiting area. Patients and families, visitors and staff who are far away from their home parish have an opportunity to pray, meditate and worship at any time of the day or night! It is a small, intimate place with the Lord!
